New Zealand Multifloral Honey
Native Multifloral Honey is crafted by bees collecting nectar from multiple unique and renowned native floral sources including Kāmahi, Mānuka, Kānuka, Pōhutukawa, and RewaRewa.
Native floral sources vary with each harvest depending on season and the native forests in flower when the nectar is collected.
Kānuka Honey
Similar in appearance to Mānuka, only larger in stature, Kānuka trees grow up 30m tall.
Kānuka is also known to have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, derived from high levels of hydrogen peroxide in the honey. Recent research into the medical value of Kānuka honey shows its efficacy against skin conditions like eczema, rosacea, and acne.
Rewarewa Honey
Renouned by chefs as the greatest tasing honey in the world!
Rewarewa honey is an excellent source of antioxidants, phenols, and flavonoids, and exhibits antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
At 30m, RewaRewa is also the world's tallest protea, with its beautiful vibrant red flowers producing rich nectar to attract birds and bees.
Tāwari Honey
Tāwari grows at higher altitudes in remote native forests of Aotearoa New Zealand.
Bees bask in deep pools of nectar at the base of these brilliant white flowers.
Described as one of our most beautiful native trees, Tāwari produces some of New Zealand’s finest honey.
Kāmahi Honey
Kāmahi is pale, lemon-yellow in colour.
It is beautifully fragrant toffee flavours with vanilla highlights and rich, buttery finish.

Native Beech Honeydew
The beech scale insect plays a vital role in the food supply for a range of native bird and insect species.
The native insect lives in the bark of beech trees drawing off the sap.
The insect then excretes sugary liquid drops, known as honeydew, which is used exclusively in this honey.
Rātā Honey
New Zealand has 11 species of Rātā. Our honey is sourced from the Southern rātā, the most widespread of all New Zealand Rātā.
With some trees living more than 500 years, Rātā can reach more than 15 metres high with trunks over 1 metre in diameter.
Pōhutukawa Honey
The blazing red flowers around mid-to-late December, have earned the Pōhutukawa the title of New Zealand’s "Christmas tree.”
Pōhutukawa can grow up to 25 metres (82 ft) high, spreading out in a wide dome-like form.
