New Zealand Native Honey
Established in 2018, New Zealand Native Honey Products and RāKiwi is a labour of love for Tairāwhiti-raised founder Brendan Shivnan, in partnership with Joe Harris (Ngāti Maniapoto/Tainui), design kaitiaki (guardian) of the business. Plus, our trusted network of independent bee-keepers, across New Zealand. We are committed to delivering quality honey products to our customers while having a positive impact on our people and the planet.

We help build partnerships with Māori-owned businesses and measure the impact we create through The Toha Network, working closely with remote communities to help them thrive. Each purchase our customers make helps plant more native forests on the East Coast of Aotearoa New Zealand, where the sun greets the world each dawn.
